Founded and headquartered in Huntsville, AL, the company has capitalized on its ability to provide personal service while offering new approaches and consistent focus on customer satisfaction to build both a staff unmatched in its skills and dedication to a broad customer base.

President and CEO, Carla McAlpine-Franklin has been a resident of Huntsville, Alabama since 1989 and has been a part of the defense industry for years. She brings her technical and management skills to the organization and heads the effort in offering complete customer satisfaction while providing new and "out of the box" solutions to government and industry leaders. Her experience includes hardware maintenance, military vehicle and missile inventory, technical writing, quality assurance testing, software design, and software training. She has worked directly with today's warfighter in the area of preparedness for combat as well as how to implement new technology to today's complex problems. Carla also brings to the forefront several years of experience in the commercial sector and has been highly trained in the areas of customer service and understanding the customer's needs. She is a very active and intricate part of her community by serving on several boards and volunteering with numerous organizations.
